A few weeks ago while driving from Big Bay to Melkbos, I noticed paths carved out between the thick fynbos of the roadside Blaauwberg Conservation area.
So this afternoon, my Mr and I went to check it out. It was a little bit windy but what beautiful place to take a walk.
Beach Bin {Milnerton Beach}
I'm going through some of photos from earlier this year. I found these snaps I took while walking on Milnerton beach.
It's so sad to see the rubbish that lies about, waiting to be pulled into the ocean and swallowed by the swells.
Winter Walk {Kirstenbosch Gardens}
My husband and I took a winter stroll through Kirstenbosch Gardens last month.
Kirstenbosch is a beautiful 36 hectare indigenous garden on the slopes of Table Mountain in Cape Town. It's home to over 7 000 indigenous species and for anyone who loves gardening, it's a delightful way to spend an afternoon... even if it is a little chilly.
